Why are people saying the jamb utme resit results are released quicker than those for the main exam and is that even fair to the other candidates?

Honestly, I’ve noticed the same thing and it does seem kinda weird! The jamb utme resit results seem to be popping up way faster compared to the main exam results. I think it’s most likely because way fewer people wrote the resit, so it’s just less work for JAMB to check and release everything. Makes sense, right? When millions take the main exam, it’s a big deal to process, but for the resit, it’s just a handful, so things move faster.

But I totally get why some people think it’s not really fair. If my friend is waiting for weeks for his regular result and I get mine in a couple of days just because mine was the resit, that does feel a bit weird. I don’t think it’s meant to be unfair—it’s just how the numbers work. When it comes down to it, though, everyone’s results go through the same process, just not always at the same speed. My advice? Keep checking and know that everyone’s time will come, but yeah, the resit does move quicker! Good luck with your results.
