Honestly, Nyesom Wike pulling out of the PDP agreements feels like drama straight out of a Netflix series. He said he was done with all these old deals because he just didn't trust most of the people in the party anymore. Wike basically called out Seyi Makinde, accusing him of messing up all these peace attempts with broken promises and shady moves, like making fake decisions and ignoring agreed names for key positions.
I remember reading about so many meetings where things were supposed to get better, but Wike claims people kept switching up right after they left the room. He seemed really frustrated that after everything he’s done for the PDP, people are still playing games and betraying him. Makes sense why he’d want to just step back and not participate in agreements he thinks are pointless now. I kinda get his disappointment; if I put in that much work and people kept not sticking to their word, I’d be annoyed too. It's politics though, so trust is probably always an issue. I hope he actually gets some justice or whatever he’s fighting for, cause it seems like he’s not planning on stepping down quietly.
