Honestly, calling Bella Ramsey the most hated star just because of The Last of Us feels super unfair to me. A lot of the negativity isn’t even about their acting. It’s more about fans who can’t handle change or who get weirdly protective over their favorite games. Some folks seem to be picking on Bella just because they look different from video game Ellie, or because Bella is openly non-binary and autistic, which sadly still gets people all riled up online.

From what I’ve seen, there’s a ton of support for Bella too—like, people who call out the haters on Reddit and say Bella does an awesome job. I get that it’s a big deal when a story gets remade, but it’s wild how much some people will cross the line with their comments. I really think a lot of this hate is more about internet trolls wanting attention than Bella actually doing anything wrong. In reality, most fans probably appreciate the job Bella’s done. I’d say they definitely don’t deserve all that hate.
