Honestly, Cubana Chief Priest’s warning about not spraying money at parties got a lot of people talking. He said he’d never do it again because the EFCC is apparently cracking down on it big time. I’ve seen videos where people just throw money around at Nigerian parties for fun, but now it looks like it’s getting a lot of attention from the law.

From what I’ve heard, after his restaurant was sealed, Cubana Chief Priest went on social media telling everyone, especially other big business people, not to spray money because authorities are watching. I’m not even gonna lie, I think he’s being serious. A few people I know say they’re nervous about doing it now. It’s like the government suddenly cares a lot about this, maybe to show they’re handling money crimes better these days.

Still, I doubt it will fully stop people from spraying money at parties. It’s such a big part of party culture here, but maybe folks will be more careful or try to do it less publicly. I actually kinda get why Cubana Chief Priest is stressed about it—I wouldn’t want the EFCC coming after me for some party money stuff. I guess time will tell if the warning works.
