Honestly, I'm not sure why Pastor Chris Oyakhilome would say that, but I guess he might think it's about faith and believing in God's protection over health. From what I know, he's a religious leader focusing a lot on spiritual guidance. So, when he talks about salt, it probably ties into that mindset.\n
But, on the real, everybody knows too much salt isn't great for you. Like, it can spike blood pressure, which, trust me, is not something you wanna deal with. If someone's saying it's fine to go against medical advice, it's always smart to ask why and look into what's real. I mean, I'm all for having faith, but mixing in basic health advice seems like a no-brainer.\n
In my experience, listening to both science and faith can be really helpful. It's not just about what feels right but also about what we know to be true. So, maybe use salt sparingly and listen to those health experts—your body will thank you later!
