I've always wondered how someone like Olori Eso could run things for so long in a place as busy as Mushin. Like, this guy was in charge for over a decade, and everyone says he did robberies, kidnappings, murders, and even cult stuff. From what I've heard, people like him usually have a network. They pay off people, they threaten people, and sometimes they even help folks out with money so people are scared to report them. Basically, they make everyone either scared of them or loyal to them.
Sometimes, the police just don’t have the guts or the proof to do anything, probably because he hides out or has informants. And let's be real, things can get really sketchy in Lagos. There are so many gangs that some police officers are probably just worried about their own safety or don’t care unless there’s public pressure. Honestly, I think the only reason Olori Eso finally got caught is because people just got too fed up, and there were too many killings happening. Plus, with everyone having phones now, it’s harder to hide crimes. I hope that now that he's caught, others like him in Mushin and around Lagos will think twice. That place deserves peace, not a gang ruler! Stay safe, yo.
